About Course
- This course prepares candidates to safely and effectively control traffic around a work site in accordance with the BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure’s Traffic Control Manual for Work on Roadways and the WorkSafeBC Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.
- Candidates learn to interpret traffic control plans, place signage and cones to specification, direct vehicles using standard hand signals, and respond to high-risk roadside situations.
- In-Person delivery is confirmed; the live outdoor practical and BCCSA competency assessment must always be delivered in-person, under every mode.
