About Course

  • Understand the principles of group counselling, including stages of group development, leadership styles, and the role of the group facilitator in creating supportive and therapeutic environments.
  • Develop practical skills in facilitating group sessions, managing group dynamics and conflicts, and fostering trust, participation, and effective communication among members.
  • Apply and evaluate group counselling interventions through experiential learning, gaining confidence in co-leading, assessing, and improving group processes in mental health support settings.
