This course is designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills required to navigate the complexities of workplace ethics and professionalism. Students will explore the principles of ethical behavior in the workplace, including decision-making frameworks, maintaining integrity, and adhering to organizational standards and values. Through case studies, role-playing, and discussions, students will learn how to handle challenging situations such as conflicts of interest, ethical dilemmas, and issues related to diversity and inclusion. The course will also emphasize the importance of professionalism in communication, appearance,
time management, and interpersonal relationships, preparing students to demonstrate professionalism in their career paths.
By the end of this course, students will have the ability to uphold strong ethical standards, foster a positive professional image, and apply ethical decision-making frameworks to real- world workplace situations.
