About Course

  • This course is designed to explore the basic principles of pharmacology: drug absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion. 
  • Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics will be covered including interactions, side effects and adverse interactions. 
  • Over the counter and prescription drugs will be identified and basic classifications according to the body systems will be reviewed.
