About Course

  • This course provides students with the concepts, knowledge and skills on how to increase personal resiliency by examining physical, emotional, cognitive, and professional health.
  • Students will learn to implement strategies that promote the art of self-care, reduce compassion fatigue and burnout through the establishment of a self-care program while continuing to maintain a quality client-counsellor relationship.
