About Course

  • This course has been designed to provide students with the skills necessary to prepare industry-specific and compliant documentation and reports that meet the standards of client, clinical practice, legal, and ethical requirements.
  • This course will assist students in understanding the fundamental principles and purposes of documentation and report writing by taking them step by step through the details of the processes and documentation required.
